Terms of Service

1. this service only be for the client’s personal and non-commercial use unless discussed.2. the artist will retain full exclusive rights to the original artwork.3. the artist has the right to decline a commision.4. payments must be done through PayPal or Gcash5. the client must provide enough clear visual references (at least 5). When unable to, please be clear with your words.6. after approval of sketch, the client may pay 100% of the payment, or 50% down payment and **must pay the remaining fees before receiving the commissioned files;7. this service is non-refundable once the sketch has been started on.8.this service given does not include any physical goods that needs to be shipped.9. by commissioning me, you accept my tos.Will Draw ........................
